We purchased a Vital Energy spa from Spa Kingdom about two years ago and have not had any problems with it during that time period. Unfortunately, this past week while doing my regular maintenance on the spa, I accidentally changed the program for the heating cycle and have not been able to reset it. After trying without any luck to get the program reset I decided it was time to call the folks at Spa Kingdom to resolve this issue.
Mr. Matt Grow (technician) answered the phone and was very much concerned and interested in helping me take care of my heating issue with the hot tub. Matt walked me step by step on how to get my hot tub working again. I was very much pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Spa Kingdom to anyone in the Villages.
It's good to see a company stand behind their product long after the sale has been completed.

This is a follow up to my purchase made a month ago. My spa cover and butler was delivered and installed today by Benton (Ben), who was very professional!! He was very understanding when I asked him to switch it to the other end, which was my mistake. He advised me, "no problem" it would only take approximately 5 minutes!! Greatly appreciated that he made that change for me!!! Keep up the great work!!!
